Andrei currently holds the position of „Head of South East Europe” for the Life Science division of Merck, is an MBA certified and has over 15 years experience in training, leadership, business management, project management and sales.
Andrei remained fully connected to the corporate environment, which helps him to understand the complex dynamics of the organisations and thus to adapt the training sessions according to the needs and objectives of the participants.
