The global PCM network includes over 4,000 certified professionals across 54 countries. Together, they have delivered training and coaching to more than 1.4 million people in 24 languages.

PCM Romania is an active part of this international community, with over 100 certified trainers and coaches. PSDCI is the sole distributor for PCM Romania.

The founder of PSDCI – PCM in Romania – was the late John Parr, who launched PCM in Romania in 2006 and, together with Zoltan Csigas, trained the current pull of PCM trainers.

Following John’s passing in December, the organisation undertook a formal restructuring and transitioned to a Board-led governance model.

The Board of Directors is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the organisation and overseeing key operational decisions.

The Board comprises Zoltán Csigás, Certifying Master Trainer and professional lead for PCM; Carmen Parr, Consultant Psychiatrist and experienced medical leader with expertise in applying PCM knowledge within organisational and clinical settings; and Stuart McBain, a senior finance professional with extensive experience supporting organisations through transformation and change.

In this governance transition, Zoltán Csigás assumed professional leadership of the PCM community. Having worked closely with John for more than a decade, he continues to build on his legacy within the PCM world.
